If you are a member of the Executive, Ad Hoc, or any Standing Committees and would like to be involved in your respective committee meeting and team room on the LDJA.org Web site to collaborate on files, issues, discussions, etc., sign up on the form below.

Provide your name, committee(s) you are involved in, and e-mail address. An e-mail address MUST BE PROVIDED in order to get registered.

After clicking on the "Submit" button, your information will be e-mailed to one of the site administrators. The administrator of the LDJA Web Site will get you registered and an e-mail confirmation of your username and password will then be sent to you by the site administrator. Please be patient as the administrator might have to handle multiple requests at the same time.

Password maintenance is the responsibility of the individual. E-mail confirmations should either contain a link to modify passwords or brief instructions on how to modify a password.

If you have submitted a request and have not been registered within 24 hours, if you lose or forget your password, or if you have any questions on registration or the LDJA site, you are encouraged to e-mail the site administrator.

To choose more than one committee at once, hold the "Ctrl" key while making selections. Click the "Submit" button after you have chosen what committees you are in.
