Human and Monetary Resources Supporting Judicial Service Committee

The mission and purpose of the Standing Committee on Human and Monetary Resource Supporting Judicial Service (aka "Human and Monetary Resources") includes: authorization to:

1. Authorization to study, evaluate and recommend improvements to Retirement and Savings benefits for Judges and support personnel, inclusive of their families and dependents.
2. Authorization to study, evaluate and recommend improvements in the number, quality and adequacy of administrative and legal personnel supporting judicial service;
3. Authorization to study, evaluate and recommend improvements in health care, medical care and related insurance benefits for judges and support personnel, inclusive of their families and dependents;

The Human and Monetary Resource Committee is divided into the following three subcommittees:

1. Retirement Benefits
2. Human Resources: Administrative & Legal Personnel
3. Health, Medical and Insurance Benefits

The Chair of the Standing Committee on Human and Monetary Resources shall chair the subcommittee on Retirement Benefits.
