The scope and nature of the work of the Standing Committee on Disaster Planning and Recovery (aka "Disaster Planning & Recovery") include authorization to assist, coordinate, and provide resources and technology in support of the efforts of Louisiana courts [and its justice partners] to plan and implement recovery operations and continuity of operations after a natural disaster and/or disruption.
